GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
POSITION

We are seeking passionate, energetic and dedicated fitness instructors to join our team! Whether you are a seasoned fitness professional looking to bring your expertise to our company or want to learn and grow with us…we want to hear from you. We are willing to train the right individuals, experience welcomed!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Experienced Instructors-We offer Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training and Cardio classes with a focus on safety and engagement.
  • Trainee Instructors-Individuals with a strong passion for fitness, high energy, motivation and desire to learn and grow with us.
  • Team Players-Dedicated individuals who are punctual, professional and possess a positive attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead Engaging Classes: Deliver safe, effective and high energy group exercise classes ensuring proper technique and form.
  • Motivate & Empower: Build a community that keeps members coming back, providing modifications for all fitness levels.
  • Facility & Prep: Prepare music and equipment before class and maintain an organized class space.
  • Member Experience: Welcome members by name and build lasting relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in group fitness instruction.
  • For Experienced Instructor: A nationally recognized certification (e.g. ACE, AFAA, NASM, Yoga Alliance).
  • New Instructors: Willingness to obtain certifications.
  • Required: CPR/AED Certification.

Barre
Fusion of various workouts to shape your body.

This workout is a unique approach to top BARRE workouts, fusing the best Pilates, Yoga, Cardio, and Strength training exercises. Barre involves a set of fun and dynamic exercises that get you into amazing shape! You are requested to bring a floor mat and small weights.
Pilates
Make your postural alignment better, strengthen your strength and muscle balance.

Pilates include low impact, mat-based exercises that build strength, tone, and stretch. Pilates Fusion may use a traditional mat or use bands, weights, rollers, or discs. We request you to bring a floor mat when you attend our Pilates Fusion.
Yoga
Improve your flexibility and live better.

Yoga improves your flexibility, decreases stress, and maintains your health. Our yoga sessions include a series of postures to stretch the body, relax the mind with meditation, and breathing exercises. You are requested to bring the floor mat along with you.
20-20-20 Workout
Our 20-20-20 workout session is designed to bring the student in the ultimate fitness challenge and total body workout. The class is based on sweating through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training exercises, and 20 minutes of stretching and core workout. You are requested to bring 3 lb. weights and a floor mat.
Strong & Fit
Be Fit with a STRONG & FIT Body! Our program consists of working upper and lower body with weights, resistance bands and adding Cardio. This is a Total Body Workout that YOU can do and see RESULTS. Join us for STRONG & FIT to get the body you have been waiting for. You are requested to bring 3 lb. weights and a floor mat.
Human Reformer Pilates
A low impact, variation of Mat Pilates, that utilizes resistance bands called FlexKords. (FlexKords are supplied by the instructor, they mimic the resistance of the springs and straps used on a Reformer Machine). To replicate the resistance and core engagement of traditional Reformer Pilates. It focuses on posture, core strength and alignment through mat based exercises. This offers a portable and accessible alternative to Reformer class. Our instructor is certified by FitPro, certification is: Human Reformer Pilates. Bring weights, (2 or 3 lb. and a mat).
